Harwich Triathlon Waitlists

Harwich Triathlon has proven extremely popular this year and all individual events are now sold out.

As a result, some people who signed up more recently may have been placed on a waiting list. The EntryCentral sign-up process should have made it clear if you were joining a waitlist, but it’s worth checking the confirmation email you received when entering to be sure. If you’re unsure whether your place is confirmed or you are on the waiting list, feel free to get in touch and we can check for you.

If you did receive an email confirming that you are on one of our waiting lists, it simply means the race you entered has now sold out. Don’t worry — you will not have been charged at this stage. The email is just to confirm that you have been added to the list.

If a space becomes available because another athlete withdraws, we will contact the next person on the waiting list by email and send a payment link. Once payment has been completed, the place will be confirmed.

Alternatively, if you know someone who already has a confirmed place but can no longer take part, they can transfer their entry to you using the EntryCentral transfer link. Once the transfer is complete, please let us know and we will remove you from the waiting list.

If you currently have a confirmed place but can no longer take part and do not plan to transfer your entry to someone else, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the space to someone on the waiting list.
