We're thrilled to announce that all Sprint Triathlon and Junior race entries have now officially SOLD OUT! 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♀️ It's been amazing to see so many athletes signing up, and we can't wait to see you all at the start line!
But don’t worry – there are still a few spots left for the Olympic and Relay race categories! Whether you’re looking for the ultimate challenge or teaming up with friends for the Relay event, there’s still time to secure your place. But hurry – spaces are limited!
Waiting List Available for Sold-Out Events
For those of you who missed out on Sprint Triathlon or Junior spots, don’t panic – you can still join the waiting list. If any places become available due to cancellations or changes, we’ll notify you immediately so you can grab one before they’re gone!
How The Waiting List works:
If you've received an email confirming you're on one of our waiting lists, here's what that means for you:
You haven’t been charged yet – The email simply confirms that the race you entered has sold out. No payment has been taken at this stage, so there’s no need to worry.
What happens if a spot opens up? – If a place becomes available due to another athlete withdrawing, we’ll reach out to you via email and send you a payment link. Once the payment is completed, your spot will be secured. So, stay on standby and keep an eye on your inbox!
Already have a confirmed spot but can’t take part? – If you know someone who is already signed up but is no longer able to race, they can transfer their entry to you using the EntryCentral transfer link. Once the transfer is complete, simply notify us, and we’ll remove you from the waiting list.
Can’t race but don’t plan to transfer your place? – If you’re currently entered but no longer able to take part, please let us know as soon as possible. By doing this, we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list who’s eager to race!
We know how disappointing it can be to miss out on a race, but rest assured that if a spot becomes available, you’ll be the first to hear. And if you need to transfer your entry, we’ve made it as simple as possible.
